// 2 — ACCESS DATA & SERVER LOGS

When the website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date, time, user agent, requested URL, HTTP status code). Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable, secure service). Logs are deleted or anonymised after 30 days at the latest.

// 3 — CONTACTING US

If you use the contact form or contact us by e-mail, the data you transmit (name, e-mail address, phone, message) is processed in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for contract initiation, otherwise lit. f). We store your request only as long as is necessary to answer it and as long as statutory retention obligations exist.

// 4 — GOOGLE reCAPTCHA

To protect the contact form against automated requests, we use Google reCAPTCHA (provider: Google Ireland Limited). IP address and interaction data are transmitted to Google. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (protection against abuse). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

// 5 — KEYCLOAK / SINGLE SIGN-ON

For access to the protected area we use Keycloak as identity provider. An access token, refresh token and profile data (name, e-mail, roles) are stored in a server-side session in order to maintain the login. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of the user agreement).

// 6 — COOKIES & SESSION STORAGE

We only use technically necessary cookies that are required to operate the website (e. g. the session cookie PHPSESSID). Consent is not required for these (§ 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG).

// 7 — YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to information (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77).
